  The Institute offers opportunities to all its students to indulge in a wide range of co-curricular activities like, football, volley ball, cricket, drawing, essay, recitation, wall magazine etc. We celebrate Sri Sri Ramakrishna Deva, Janamatithi, in a grand manner with procession by all the school, college and other department of the Ashrama. Outside school, college and other institution also participate in this procession. Janamatithi of Sri Sri Sarada Devi and Swamiji's are also observed along with cultural programmes like Yuba Divas on 12th January. At beginning prayers are performed in the Institute by the students, teachers and all the staff on every week days.

  Ramakrishna Mission Boys' Home Industrial Training Centre, Rahara, is a centre of Industrial Training under Department of Director of Industrial Training, West Bengal. The Institution is located at Rahara, 20Km from Sealdah, Kolkata. Established in 1958, it has a great experience in the field of education for more than 70 years. This Institute is under Ramakrishna Mission Boys' Home which is a hub of educational institutions and bustling student activities. The beautiful campus has been a second home of thousands of students in their life time. Students share an open and transparent bond with the faculty and other staff members, and everybody puts their best to make the Institute a great Temple of learning.

Vishakarma Puja is observed in the month of September (last days of Bhadra) in grand manner by all the students, teachers and staff of the Institute. All of us take Prasad after Puja and Homa. At the evening monks, students, teachers, staff of Ashram and outside devotees, guest visit the Puja Pandala. Bhajans are performed by the monks and students of the Ashrama at the puja pandal.
